Lu Lu Shriner's Rodeo is held in Plymouth Meeting, approximately 2-3 miles off of the PA Turnpike exit. It's generally held on a Friday or Saturday night and early Sunday afternoon in mid-September of each year.
In 2004 several members attended the rodeo on a Sunday to enjoy the sunny day and get some of that wild west flavor. The flavor, of course, included the hot dogs, funnel cake, soda and cotton candy. You can find bronco and bull riding, barrel racing and calf roping events. Here are some of the images from that rodeo event. You'll see one of the horses rolling in the dirt after the event to get rid of the feeling of that cow-poke on her back!
